Standard Freight cost is $15.00, except for when stated as bulky freight. Standard delivery times are stated on the map and are accurate at time of print. However times can alter or differ slightly so please allow an extra day to guarantee you receive your order in time.

If you require an urgent order (SA only) we can arrange direct courier but extra fees will occur. Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched same day, after 12pm will be dispatched the next day.
This is for standard freight items. So me items that are bulky or have excess weight will incur an extra fee. Items that require an excess freight charge are stated in product description.
If you require a quote for freight on heavy items please advise us before ordering.
All backorders are Freight Free.
Once your order has been completed and processed as paid, we will send your order.
We require a physical delivery address (no PO Boxes) as a signature is required upon delivery. Please try to give a delivery address where someone will be able to sign for goods during the day time.
All goods will be accompanied with a tax invoice.
A signature of the person who ordered goods is required to accept delivery.
All orders will be delivered by courier.
Delivery times are from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
IDM Sports endeavors to provide you with the best online experience, and it’s important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact us, indicating the reason for the return and stating your proof of purchase. This is simply to allow us to keep track of your details so we can best service your needs.
IDM Sports must be notified of the product issue within 7 days of the delivery date. It must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging). This does not of course mean you can’t try it on for size. Upon inspecting the returned item and being satisfied of the above mentioned conditions for return, IDM Sports will credit online purchases if the product(s) are not to the satisfaction of the purchaser.
Return items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be returned to the customer. The issue of a credit note for a replacement item is not an absolute right and will not be made until the item has been inspected by IDM Sports.
We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not
